On the OCEAN. For the Ocean.
The Capolupo Family, owners of The Pavilion and Seaglass Restaurant, grew up in Salisbury and have a passion for the beach, revitalization efforts, and the environment. That's why "green” operational practices were made a priority during renovations to the landmark Salisbury Beach building.
Since the 1970s, The Pavilion was home to a number of recreational and entertainment ventures, including the much-loved Shaheen Amusement Park. Extensive 2009 renovations utilized environmentally friendly materials and energy efficient windows, lighting, insulation, radiant heating and HVAC systems. Operations at Seaglass are “green” and include recycling and water conservation practices that have afforded the restaurant with a certification by the Green Restaurant Association.
Seaglass also supports the Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation, an environmental non-profit organization that is committed to inspiring passion in people to conserve the marine environment through education and research in New England.
